Family Friendly
I found this great website that has a fun free service. It has a list of resturants that are famliy friendly, for all price ranges. They give you information like; is there A changing table in at least one restroom High chairs and booster seats A kids’ menu Be nonsmoking or have a distinct nonsmoking section when kids eat free and tons of other information
I think it is such a great idea. It is hard sometimes to go to new restaurant with a one year old, you never know what you going to get.

Hannah Lillie at 20 weeks
Your baby weighs about 10 1/2 ounces now. She's also around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom, and about 10 inches from head to heel. Your baby is swallowing more, which is good practice for her digestive system. This is a crucial time for sensory development: Your baby's brain is designating specialized areas for smell, taste, hearing, vision, and touch. Eyebrows and scalp hair become more visible and the baby begins to blink more often. (Just a note: this is not an actual picture of Hannah)

50 years of wedded bliss
This past weekend, Abigail, my mom and I flew to Mississippi. We surprised my grandparents on their 50th wedding anniversary. Both of them started to cry when we walked in. What a legacy these two have led in their 50 year of marriage. They have 3 daughters, my mom is the oldest, 7 grandkids, I am the second to oldest by 3 days, and 1.5 greatgrandkids, which our my 2 daughters. Not to mentions the tons of cousins, 2 cousins, 3 cousins, nephews, nieces and all of their children grandchildren and beyond, this is Ms and they mostly all live in the same city so you get to know your extended family well.
They both tell the story of their first meeting. My grandfather was in the National Guard and his buddy and him went downtown looking for girls. My grandmother and her friend happened to be leaning out the 2 story window of a building downtown when they drove by. They made their first date, which neither of them remember what they did, and from then on my grandfather got weekend leave and headed to see my grandmother. It was my grandfather who press my grandmother in to marriage and she finally agreed, they were married in my greatgrandparents living room and the rest was history. They still live in the home he built 50 years ago on the road he grew up on named for his family. Of course the home has been added to and taken away from over the years, but the basic structure is still their.
This is my mother and her sisters. Can you guess which one is my mom, the one on the left. I pray I am this happy and excited about life and marriage 47 years from now. They truly are a sweet couple and wonderful grandparents and greatgrandparents.

The following is an attempt to fill you guys in on the past 2 months of the life and times of the Elswick household. I must apologize for the lack of entries, and can only blame it on pregnancy illness. I am on my way out of the nausea tunnel only to be entering the tunnel of uncomfortable tiredness. If you or your wife has ever been pregnant you understand. If you have not don't fret even in the worst of times I have always been able to say it is all worth it. Love you guys!!!

Abigail's 1st Birthday
We threw Abigail a big birthday bash at our clubhouse. It was a ton of fun. Abigail soaked up all the attention and enjoyed playing with all her friends. We bought her a blow up ball pit and fabric tunnel and she shared them with her friends at the party. The highlight of the evening was her first sugar high. She loved splashing in her cake only after her friend Rachel showed her how good the icing tasted. After that she was on her first sugar high.

Marshall and Amber's Wedding and Our 3rd Anniversary
We were privalidge to be invited to Tony's bestfriends wedding. Marshall and Amber planned a small intimate affair on St. Augustine beach. This was the most beautiful wedding I have seen in a longtime. The beach seting was so romantic. We enjoyed our time. Abi gail stayed the weekend with my parents, so Tony and I got a chance to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. We stayed in a super cute bed and breakfast and on the way back to my parents house we stopped in Orlando and had lunch at one of our favorite places to eat when we were dating, The Briar Patch.

Abigail and Tony's first trip to Mississippi
We had tons of fun flying with Abigail to Mississippi. Her favorite thing was to stand on me and smile at all the people sitting behind us. We meet my parents in Birmingham, Alabama and drove 3 hours to Aberdeen, Ms. This is my home town, where most all my family is still living. We had a fish fry, Tony and my Dad visited a Civil War battle field, and there was tons of family in and out the whole weekend. It was a great trip, we just wish we could do it more often.
